We bench test all of our motors after final assembly using state of the art test equipment. This allows us to test the following parameters:

PULSES (SURGE) NORMALISED PULSES
DC DIELECTRIC STRENGTH OHMIC RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT
INSULATION RESISTANCE  

These tests allow us to make certain that our refurbished motors are fault free before being dispatched.
 
ON SITE MOTOR TESTING
 
This equipment is portable and we offer a full on site testing service, which gives customers a written printout of the condition of their motors.		  


This helps with maintenance scheduling as well as being able to identify potential problems with motors before they occur.
